  2. DataCamp Data Connector data is stored in AWS S3 buckets, so it would be helpful if the aws.s3 package was installed in R workspaces, and the s3-bucket package was installed in Python workpaces.

  4. Since students use this platform, It would be great if it allows peers to collaborate and work in the same place. Google docs options like viewing, editing can be allowed

  6. The URL for a publication includes a slug consisting of hexadecimal values and hyphens.

I'd like to be able to specify a more aesthetically pleasing or memorable URL.

  7. It would be amazing to follow people or categorize them into a favorite folder, and follow them with their new dashboards, and new ideas.
This would help people to improve their code, improve their ideas and have a "repository" like folder where they can find the things they want to print or approach in their data.

  8. As fun as this could be, need a lot more information

    (1) Are secrets kept secret? What is your management policy?

    (2) What are the terms of service? Can I bring in several GB of open data into the workspace?

  9. How do I decide which template workspaces are suitable for me? There are lots of them, and the only tools provided to discover if it might be interesting to look at are filtering by technology, and a sentence of description.

I want to filter templates by the skills demonstrated in the template (or at least topics).

I'd also like to see prerequisite courses so I know that I have the skills needed to work with that template before I open it.

  13. Make it easy to save an existing Workspace as a template.

The template should include any files in the directory (at least code and data files) and any Integrations.

Ideally, it should be possible to choose sharing permissions for the template: it is personal/private, public, or available to anyone in the same B2B group or team.

  15. If you are going to provide courses covering a topic like mpl_toolkits.basemap you should probably include those libraries available in workspace.

  17. Some of the shortcuts doesn't work, such as adding a code chunk in rmd file. It would be easier and functional to use Rstudio desktop app shortcuts in workspace.

  18. Jupyterlab supports a git integration extension, could we please have that added for git functionality right from jupyterlab rather than having to resort to the command line.

  19. Install Java in the workspace. Without Java, you can't use the H2O library, which has an API in both R and Python, and which has the best performing AutoML I have ever seen.
